This policy explains what SunriseOwned (“SunriseOwned”, “we”) collects through www.sunriseowned.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Public business information. Listings are built from information businesses publish themselves (websites, public profiles and official registrations) and from what owners submit.
• Information you send us. When you add, claim or update a listing, ask about advertising or contact us, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, role and message, plus any logo or details you upload.
• Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, and whether you told us you run a business.
• Usage statistics. We count listing views and clicks to report results to businesses. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't store IP addresses: visits are counted with a temporary code that changes every day.

How we use it

• To publish and maintain listings, and to verify that you represent a business before applying changes.
• To email you about your listing, submissions and requests.
• To send marketing emails, including SunriseOwned Monthly, tips and offers for paid listings or marketing services, if you opted in or signed up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To show businesses how their listing performs, and to improve the site.

Private contact details you send us are never shown on the site.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the site for us (such as hosting), when required by law, or if the site is sold or transferred. Some links on the site are affiliate links: if you click one, the partner may know you came from SunriseOwned, but we don't send them your personal details.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Correct or remove your business listing through Claim this listing.
• Ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you through our contact page.

Keeping information

We keep submissions and correspondence as long as needed to run the directory and meet legal obligations, and delete them on request where we can.

Children

The site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
