These terms apply to www.sunriseowned.com, operated by SunriseOwned (“SunriseOwned”, “we”). By using the site or submitting a listing you agree to them.

Free listings

• Basic listings are free. Some listings were created from information businesses publish publicly; owners can claim, correct or remove them at any time.
• If you submit or claim a listing, you confirm you own or are authorized to represent the business and that what you provide is accurate.
• You give us permission to publish the information, logo and images you provide in your listing and in promotion of the directory. You keep ownership of them.
• We review submissions and may edit them for accuracy, length or style, or decline listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or not a real local business.

Rankings

Best of Sunrise rankings reflect how complete and verified each listing is, as described in how we rank. They're our editorial opinion, not a guarantee of quality. Payment never changes a business's rank.

Paid plans and advertising

• Paid plans (such as Pro, Featured and Category Sponsor) add placement and features described on our Advertise page. Paid placement is always labelled.
• Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Yearly plans renew yearly. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We don't guarantee any number of views, clicks, calls or customers.
• If a paid plan ends, your free listing stays up.

Some links, including on our Toolkit page, are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, impersonate a business, scrape the site in bulk, or try to interfere with how it works.

Listings are provided for information only. We don't endorse or guarantee any business and aren't responsible for services they provide. Check licenses and details directly before hiring. The site is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
